I’m so excited about my order! How long is the wait? 

On average, we process orders the same day or within the next business days not including weekends.
Shipping orders to the U.S. via flat rate service takes 2-5 business days.
International and Canada shipping can take 7-14 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping options.
Our shipping cut off time is 5pm Central Time.
Please note that it is advisable to enter a phone number when placing your order so we are able to reach you within a timely manner, if there are any issues with your order.  
 
What happens if an item I’ve ordered is actually unavailable? 

Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee availability of products. If the item ordered becomes unavailable or delayed, we will immediately notify you by e-mail or telephone. 
 
What happens if my package is lost during the shipping process?

We are not responsible for any lost/damaged packages. We recommend that you are present at the time of delivery or for the package to be sent to your work address. A tracking number is sent via email for easy access to track your packages progress. We ship using USPS, please contact them directly for any shipping delays or lost packages once the product has left our warehouse. 
 
Where is my order confirmation or shipping e-mail?

Sometimes we get stuck in the junk mail folder, but If you don't see us there we might have an incorrect e-mail address. In this case, e-mail us at info@stepnoutshoetique.com.
 
What is your return/refund policy?

Why do I need to verify my payment on my order?

Additional documentation may be requested for orders selected at random by our fraud prevention team for further verification before acceptance to shipping. We carefully evaluate accounts to protect our shoppers from any unwanted billings. If we are not able to get in touch with you to complete your verification, your order will be subject to cancellation without further notice. 
Do I have to register to place an order?

You do not have to register to shop online. You have the option to sign in as a guest to bypass the registration feature.

If you decide to register, you can create a personal Stepn'Out Shoetique page that allows you to track orders, create Wish Lists, and keep tabs on your favorite products. To register you will be asked to register with your existing email account information. Stepn'Out Shoetique Staff does not have access to your login information.

 Are the items held in my shopping cart?

Items placed in your shopping cart are not held or reserved for you until you submit your order completely and receive a confirmation at the end of your checkout process or a confirmation email. Our items sell out quickly so if you find something you like we recommend purchasing it quickly!

How do I track an order?

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Ground or expedited orders placed Monday-Friday before 5:00 pm CST will be shipped out the same day from our warehouse in Birmingham, Alabama. Orders are prepared 7 days a week but shipped out Monday-Friday. Any orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day.

 Can I return my order?

All orders are Final Sale. To see if your order is eligible to exchange call or email an let the staff know your order number and the products you will like to exchange for. Exchanges or store credit can be made within 14 days from the date of receiving the item. Staff will explain the process for exchanges.

 How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping costs depend on which merchandise you want to order and the location they are being sent to. If you would like an estimate before ordering give us a call or send an email with your information.

 What types of payment do you accept?

We receive all types of credit card payment, if you are having any issue please give us a call. You can check out as Guest. The fastest processing is through Paypal and you do not need an account with them to make a purchase. Rest assured that your account information and your credit card information is safe with us. The page is safe and encrypted and nobody and no third party has access to your information and as an extra layer for security please notice the lock at the top of each page of the website. We protect your transactions, information, and data with military-grade security and encryption. For your protection, Stepn'Out Shoetique reserves the right to hold orders for complete verification. We may also ask for a different form of payment and your original payment will be refunded.
